TD1501 is an intelligent edge-end image recognition sensor specifically designed for people counting with a tilt view, allowing it to cover a wider area than commonly used top-view sensors. This feature enables the sensor to perform both entering and passing traffic counting with a single device, eliminating the need for extra computing devices or edge boxes. This makes it a cost-effective and efficient way to count passing traffic while also monitoring the number of customers entering and leaving a store.

Additionally, embedded with high-computing deep learning chips and empowered by Re-ID (pedestrian re-identification) technology, the product has the potential to work with an edge computing unit to conduct in-depth analytics (unique visit counts, excluding staff, gender statistics, shopper path analysis etc.). Video capturing and data analytics are conducted on the edge and processed anonymously to protect personal information.
