WithWheat is a high-end bakery that has experiencing rapid expansion since entering China market. Up to 2016, it has opened more than 14 stores, each of which bringing sales revenue of around 100 million Yuan on average. In order to further improve its store performance, WithWheat has implemented TD traffic intelligence system since 2017 to monitor traffic flow and evaluate promotional effectiveness by comparing traffic and sales volume before and after promotions. TD intelligent sensors keep capturing accurate traffic data from each store and present all the information in an easy-to-use web portal for the company to have a whole picture of the overall performance of all stores, find the potential rules of traffic flow, and adjust marketing campaigns accordingly to realize better performance.
