In order to increase customer base, improve customer loyalty and boost store performance, the brand has invested in digital transformation in recent years. Wishing to accurately collect and track the activities of customers as they pass by, enter the stores, browse, engage and shop inside, the brand has upgraded its footfall tracking system from a 2D sensor-based system to TDI’s 3D sensor-based, intelligent system in many of its boutiques in China.
